My Leaves allows employees to keep track of their employment related paid time off. My Leaves handles 3 types of leaves; vacation leaves, sick leaves and compensatory leaves. For each leave type, My Leaves shows you the number of leave hours earned, used and/or converted to cash, and the resulting balance at any given date of any fiscal year. With My Leaves, you can better plan your vacation, know whether a needed rest will result in a cut on your pay check, and determine when is a good time to cash out on some of your accumulated leave hours.
My Leaves shows you a summary of your leave hours as of the current date, in the current fiscal year by default. To see a summary of your leave hours for a different date, simply tap the ‘As of’ date and select a different date of your choice. The summary information displayed always relates to the fiscal year in which the date selected belongs.
Tapping the leave hours summary information takes you to the list of leave entries starting from that fiscal year’ start date and beyond. The first time this list is displayed, it is empty. From there, you can start creating leave entries that My Leaves will use to calculate your leave hours balance and other summary information for any given date. You can tap the + (top-right) button in the list view to start adding leave entries to it.
You can modify a leave entry in the list by tapping it. To delete a leave entry, swipe it to the left and then tap ‘Delete’. Whenever you add, modify or delete leave entries, My Leaves recalculates your leave hours summary and balance automatically.
